About Us
The Sandwich Kings began with a clear mission: serve chef-crafted sandwiches made with real ingredients, honest preparation, and zero shortcuts. When we launched our food truck in October 2022, we brought that commitment to neighborhoods, events, and hungry crowds all across the valley — proving that fresh, scratch-made food could still be fast, consistent, and full of flavor. From day one, everything we served was grounded in craftsmanship: in-house roasted meats, produce prepped every morning, fresh-baked breads delivered daily, and sauces and dressings made in-house. Chef Jamie’s dedication to quality became the foundation of who we are and how we continue to grow. Our journey from a roaming food truck to opening our first location reflects the same belief we started with: every sandwich, side, and soup should be prepared with intention, technique, and pride. And as we expand into new communities, the food truck remains part of our identity — still serving handcrafted meals at festivals, pop-ups, and events, keeping the spirit of where we started alive.
